1. Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as [list any, e.g., personalized products, perishable goods, or intimate apparel].

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at sanjaysharma0012026@hotmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. If images are required to assess the condition of the product, please attach them to your email.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or UPI via Cashfree).

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
